Early cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. In that case the deposit is fully refunded.
Late cancellation
Within the last 24 hours the deposit is not refunded.
No-show
If you do not show up, the deposit is forfeited. From the first missed appointment, future bookings require full payment in advance. This requirement ends only after you attend and complete an appointment paid in full in advance.
